Current Employee – been working at BSM full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Great people work at this company and there is a strong commitment to provide quality service to the Federal Government.

Cons – Company is too reliant on 8-A set asides for Alaskan owned companies.

Advice to Senior Management – Company needs to diversify it's revenue stream and communicate better with employees.
