Current Employee – been working at BSQUARE full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – You often get to work on new code due to consulting. It can vary from every few months on small projects to a couple year run on really large projects. But rarely past 2 years.
Cons – You can over work yourself as well.
Advice to Senior Management – Don't let customers run over your Devs. They often gain unshielded access to the Devs, which can be abused when not kept in check.
