Very good relationships with manufacturers.

Cons

Company structure, Sr. Mgmt., compensation.

Advice to Management

Realize your Account Managers are what keep the lights on and treat them better, pay them better, and support their efforts.

    work life balance and it has potential

    Cons

    Leadership needs a good strategy Middle Management needs to be held accountable and needs to start inspiring people. Employees need to pull together as a team and dig in. Product Management struggles

    Advice to Management

    Lets find some leadership that's going to stick around and lets update the product portfolio and move forward.

    I worked at BT Conferencing full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Had been a great team of solution oriented problem solvers working on the biggest collaboration challenges for our customers. Teamwork was encouraged and communication was constant but this is no longer the case.

    Cons

    Now run by people who do not understand customers, the marketplace or the collaboration marketplace. There really is no CEO at present and no evidence that changes are having their intended effect.

    Advice to Management

    Might just be too late for any advice on anything other than how to unwind the business. There is a customer list that is still impressive and possibly integrating this business into another within BT may make the most sense.
