not good

Technical Support (Current Employee)
Saint Petersburg, FL

Prosgreat benefits, great co-workers, nice facilities, decent pay, much flexibility. company car, perks, gift cards, rather close to the neighborhood, fiendly atmosphere, company picnics

Consno room for advancement, poor management decision making, no employee communication. team leaders know very little and sometimes a lot less than employees under them,

Advice to Senior Managementtreat employees fairly if you want them to stay in the company. also give more perks to employees for them not to leave for better comapnies

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
