Pros

Global Brand if you are in that environment as it is recognized well in Europe. If the company's vision is executed correctly with the right people, then the upside potentials are huge.

Cons

Slow, poor execution of corporate strategy and lack of enough quality and qualified workers. The quality workers usually end up doing the job of the unqualified workers. Not enough workers that truly have what it takes to be working and leading an IT service company.

Advice to Management

BT needs the right people that truly understands the industry, customer and leadership at all levels to execute the strategy properly.

    Pros

    As a means to retire. The money starts OKish and stays OKish as you progress your "career" here.

    Cons

    Most of the company has its head in the sand, only mediocrity is rewarded. Everything about BT is fake, everything is all talk and no walk. Performance reviews don't dwell on what you have done, but on generic corporate values. Most people in the company at all levels replace real comments and speeches with a sea of trendy buzzwords. You will never hear about "something important to discuss", you will only hear about "a key enabler moving forwards".

    Advice to Management

    Stop acting like a dinosaur, show some respect to your employees and customers. Stop caring only about your bonuses and do what is right.
