Growing by acquisition , poorly

Pros: They are a FTSE 100 They are experiancing a massive… Cons: As they aquire former public services they employ former employees,via TUPE, to elevated positions that that those people clearly are not capable of fulfilling.… Advice to Senior Management: Well firstly, you need to employ external management rather than try and gloss it all over with the staff you are lumped… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More

Waste of my time

Pros: Great bunch of engineers, young and willing to learn but… Cons: No progression, no suitable management, no recognition, not good for young and keen… Advice to Senior Management: Fix up. Management is absolutely poor. No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
