“Pleasant offices and people”
Current Employee – been working at Babcock
Pros – Good people to work with, opportunity to advance if you want to. Intelligent, pleasant people. You can challenge yourself as much or as little as you want.
Cons – Not many. I think the lack of salary increases this year may have ruffled feathers.
Advice to Senior Management – Some political wankers. Bit like airbus. Otherwise good.
