Experience that I got in bankruptcy and bankruptcy accounting - and a private office

Cons

Very difficult managing partner. Sometimes he's good. Often he's in upset for no one knows what reason. Communication is not good. Training - little. Boss yells openly in the office many many times - not much tact. Employees are ALL unhappy with the boss and the situation, but everyone is afraid to talk to the guy.

Advice to Senior Management

Senior management is the problem. Change senior management and the company might make it. Maybe you should merge with a larger firm, and turn the company over to someone who is competent at managing people.
