BackOffice – “Work hard and be rewarded financially”
Pros
No nonsense compensation structure. You directly benefit from working hard. Poor performers stick out like a sore thumb and don't survive for very long.
Cons
Sometimes the work schedule can be very demanding and interfere with family life. There is an expectation of 100% travel, which means Monday to Thursday at the client site.
Advice to Senior Management
There should be some kind of open look at compensation for different levels of consultants as an incentive to stand out within the organization and work your way up into the top tier of sought after consultants.
