I worked at Backcountry.com

Pros – Pros - Great snowboarding and outdoor activities next to the office. Cool and smart group of people. Very cool office too.

Cons – Cons - Not really a glass ceiling, but more of a hard black ceiling that nobody can cross. Great place it you just want a place to work for a bit, but no long term career prospects.

Advice to Senior Management – Re-org the upper level management in order to give the hundreds of smart employees a voice to share their great ideas. Too many good ideas get overlooked for the sake of a few egos.
