Former Employee – worked at Baidu full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – Engineers culture, not office politics.
Pure relationships with workmates.
Lots of great engineers to learn from.
Good perms, like gym, canteen, etc

Cons – Life and work balance maybe not so good for those who care more about family.
With company grows larger, more low-level engineers come, it's not so pleasing to work with nuts.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
