“A great place to work”
I have been working at Bain & Company full-time for less than a year
Pros – Excellent mentorship, terrific client base, and a system built around maximizing individual development, client results, and work-life balance. The company does an excellent job of trying to keep employees happy while taking no shortcuts in providing maximum value to their clients.
Cons – It is a consulting firm, so the quality of life and day-to-day work enjoyment depends on the nature of the client and engagement type that you are assigned to.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
