Pros

Interesting hands-on product training in LA
Nice co-workers

No micromanagement

Cons

Low pay. I never made more than my guarantee.
Having to run product to customers at the last minute. Long drives outside of work hours sometimes.
Out of stocks caused some drama.
When I gave my 2 weeks notice, the branch manager said, "I wish I could tell you to stay, that it's a great job, but it's not.". That said it all!

Advice to Senior Management

Pay a little more and make it a viable job to stay in for professional sales people.
