I have been working at Baker Hughes

    Pros

The company has a great atmosphere and the people are very nice. They pay pretty well compare to similar jobs you could get in a non-energy related industry.

    Cons

Baker Hughes pays less as an oil service company than large oil companies do. It does not do the 9/80 week (get 1 Friday off every two weeks by working 9 hours a day the rest of the time) as many other companies in the industry do.
