I worked at Baker Hughes full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Good benefits, and decent exposure to field operations.

    Cons

Lower on the pay scale, limited career opportunities, and inexperienced and/or non savvy management at the coordinator level at least as far as the NorthEastern operations are concerned. Limited communication if ever which breeds limited understanding and relationship between the field personnel and management. If you think you can use this as a stepping stone to move up within Baker as an educated person with a University degree.........well, i'm sorry you cant.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change the Coordinators to people who know how to do the job correctly and limit the attrition rates.
