Pros

Besides a decent compensation package I have been very impressed with how pro-family they are for a multinational corporation. They put family first and I have seen this over and over in my 11 years with them. BHI Understands the importance in developing the skills needed to get a job done and they do not flinch at investing in training for employees that want to develop their skills while bringing value back to BHI in exchange for the investment. I find the Insurance package is fairly comprehensive and reasonable compared to others, especially the family plan. The 401K is also very good.

Cons

My commute is terrible, not enough telecommuting is practiced.

Advice to Senior Management

take a closer look at restoring alternative works schedules and implementing a telecommuting or alternative work location practice.
