Great place to work, very flexible schedule, and very experience management

ProsBaker has awesome training programs. Most of the management has at least 20+ years of oil and gas experience. It is a great place to learn.

Consmoving across product lines is not as easy.

    Pros: Top out comes quick if you are willing to learn. Cons: Management is hypocritical to say it politely.
