Great benefits with potential for growth

Senior Logistics Analyst (Current Employee)
Houston, TX

ProsBaker is a great company to work for. Since they are a global company there is lots of room for growth. With the recent acquisition of BJ services they are still undergoing lots of changes which can be good or bad depending your what you're looking for

ConsThe executive team seem political, which is common with most large companies. I think they could do a better job of casting vision for the entire organization. Sometimes it feels like we don't have clear objectives. They are currently using saba.com to help create alignment, great idea, but my managers don't seem to know how to leverage to tool and it is only looked at once or twice per year

Advice to Senior ManagementTrain, train, train your managers. Cast vision and communicate openly. Don't be afraid to talk straight. Embrace social media, it's nothing to be scared of.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
