I have been working at Baker Hughes full-time for less than a year

    Pros

People are generally happy to spend their whole life working at BHI. Work pressure is low and people starts to walk out around 5.00 sharp. Plenty of opportunities for improvements in the industry. Market leader in completion products and drilling.

    Cons

Work comes at a burst, most times people have not much to work on. They talk a lot about strategies to be the best-in-class, to be the no.1 service providers, but try to dig deeper, and it's just a motto with no strategies.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If we want to win the game, make sure BHI is well known in the commuity. See Schlumberger Workplace21, SEED, PEPTEC training. etc. What is BHI's equivalent? BHI a mess and the higher management are resistant to change.
