    Pros

The company management team as well as the crew are friendly, helpful for a career growth. In addition, you have good incentices, benefits and a variety of trainings.

    Cons

Field hands work long hours and are always away home for extended period without any schedule for only 10 work days vacation a year for less experienced employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Rotation can be possible. While making money stay the main goal for most of the field hands, having a decent life stay a priority once we achieve our tasks.
