This was once a great place to work. This is no longer the case with some of the worst employee morale ever seen.

Cons

BHI management are totally focussed on internal issues and as a result, client confidence in the ability to deliver quality service is diminishing rapidly.

Advice to Senior Management

Take a big step back and look at the bigger picture. Loads of experience is rapidly disappearing and it will take years to recover.
