Baker Hughes – “Intern”

Pros

- A great deal of training
- Actual oil field experience
- Learn alot about different product lines
- Good feedback from manager

Cons

- Some projects were mundane
- Most internships were completed in the office, not field
- Sometimes internship projects seemed unimportant

Advice to Senior Management

- Give the interns more field experience
- Allow interns to work with the tools and see them in actual operation, if at all possible
