Pros

Big company with good salaries if you get a good deal on first time, many places to work in USA or overseas.

Cons

To get promoted you need to have a person that help you, If you are not good friend of your boss you will not be promoted and the increase of you salary will be very small.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to promote to managment positions to people with the skills to be real managers.

I have been working at Baker Hughes

    Pros

BHI gives a decent pay scale, and a small bonus for sales positions. The also give you a truck and a gas card which helps out a lot.

    Cons

BHI tries to do as much work as possible with the least amount of people. They work their people to the bone and do not reward anyone for excellent performance or sales work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take care of your employees. That's why you're losing another employee every week.
