    Pros

    great company culture very friendly and laid back, company is very structure and different career choices are available for new graduates.

    Cons

    departments with conflicting goals and metrics, lack of succession planning. it is difficult to interact with different departments within the company due to having different goals. in order to grow in the company international experience is a must.

    create future plans on the product level in addition to the company level.
