I have been working at Baker Hughes

Pros

There is a good work environment, opportunities to grow in the company, opportunities to work overseas and very safe record.

Cons

The main downside is that the salary is no very competitive, I think it is in the average of the area.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

I think management does a pretty good job. Maybe salaries should be increased faster than they normally do. This would help to be competitive.

I have been working at Baker Hughes

    Pros

international mobility is certainly a positive for Baker Hughes. Can learn across many diverse product lines and cultures within the company.

    Cons

gender diversity is something which is not been developed when compared with Baker Hughes direct competitors. Also dual career opportunities

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

gender parity is needed on opportunities and compensation. Visibility of successful females within the organisation to demonstrate success can actually happen
