Baker Installations – “Baker has been an exceptional place for me to work.”

Pros

Baker is a leader in their field, they seem to have the correct people in place to make working for them enjoyable. I see a long relationship between myself and Baker Installations.

Cons

The biggest con I find in working with a mid sized company like Baker is they do not have a retirement plan for the employees nor do they match any 401k contributions.
