I have been working at Baldor Electric full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Great benefits, great salary in this economy.

    Cons

Hire relatives, church members, hunting buddies, children, friends and neighbors children if they are friends with the supervisor. Blacks with college degrees are overlooked in hiring process. Just recently hired a black male in the office. No Hispanics or people of color in leader positions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Major reason for the problem. When senior production blacks leave or retire the Kings Mountain facility will self destruct.
