“For God's sake pay decent salaries to those that do the work.”
Former Employee – worked at Bally Technologies
Pros – High tech, fast-paced challenging environment. Something is always changing which is a good thing. Bally is the number one name in slot machines and gaming systems. The other companies are just wannabees.
Cons – Horrible starting salaries and even for those in mid-career. Now, top management pays themselves really well. If you are an outsider or a female, forget about ever hitting a six digit salary; unless you use binary based numbers.
Advice to Senior Management – Recognize talent. Fire everyone who was involved with the India experiment.
