Pros

Well positioned in the marketplace Good product line Much potential in the systems area Groups of very talented people

Cons

Over the past several years, executives have done a poor job at developing a strategic vision. Departments are not cross-functional and struggle to align due to lack of strategic vision and poor communications. Employees work hard to fill gaps that don't need to exist, making inefficient use of and sometimes losing hard won talent.

Advice to Management

Executives: step back and take a fresh look at the company's potential and resources, come up with a strategic vision and make your departments become cross-functional and aligned with the company's strategic vision.

    Pros

Exposure to the gaming industry. OK place to get your feet wet. If a better job come along, take it.

    Cons

Little to no benefits, lousy hours, lousy products, little to no advancement opportunities. Management could care less to what you have to say. They say they're listening but they're busy patting each other on the back. Your are just a body to do there work.

    Advice to Management

    Jump off a bridge.

    Cons

poor training, clueless department director, poor quality of games that got to be reworked in the field (we need to be paid for doing production work tooo). if leen was working why ain't the quality getting better. no training an support for doin systems mess now that is just as bad as the games.

    Advice to Management
