“Just OK”
Current Employee – been working at Banana Republic part-time
Pros – - The discount on regular-priced items is generous
- Management is very motivated and encouraging. They do try to put everyone in the mood for the brand's success every day.
- Co-workers are great. Everyone is quite helpful and respectful of each other.
Cons – - Discouraging (low) pay...no overtime pay either
- Asked to do more with no effect on pay
Advice to Senior Management – Would be nice if raising company standards coincided with raising employee wages, or at least better benefits.
