    Pros

Great discount and Paid vacations. For full time employees 4 weeks paid vacation for the first 4 Years. The benefits are what sells the job.

    Cons

The "productivity" expectations are completely unrealistic. Push for banana cards has become the #1 priority instead of development. Company has become very cheap and refuses to pay competitive for part time associates. Part time employees can't survive making 8.50 an hour. Constant manager turn over.

    Advice to Management

Pay competitively so that the turn over rate drops. Promote with-in and motivate your managers. Invest money and time to protect talented managers.
