Banana Republic Sales Support/Cashier in El Paso, TX: (Past Employee - 2008)

Pros

Amazing benefits and discounts for employees and family. Flexible hours and a positive management and surroundings.

Cons

Downsides included forced scheduling on all holidays. Closing hours during the week were always after 9:30. Can become very repetative.

Advice to Senior Management

Please consider allowing staff to work over 40 hours a week.
