I have been working at Banana Republic part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Banana Republic is a great place to work. It's a nice environment, there are a few good benefits, no commission, which is good, but if you open cards you can make extra money. The managers and higher ups seem to care about your well being.

    Cons

I wish pay was better, but it is retail. Also there's pressure to open cards and I wish that that wasn't so important.
