I have been working at Banana Republic (more than an year)

    Pros

Gap Inc. promotes a "be who you are" policy. There is a good work-life balance, and you get to work with amazing people across all brands (including Old Navy, Gap, and Banana Republic). They support growth within the company, so you can try different hats on.

    Cons

The biggest downfall is the pay, which is on the lower end. They employ a lot of contractors which don't offer any benefits.
