Advice to Senior Management

There is a need for cultural change in the bank to promote innovation. The bank lacks incentives to foster employees participation in bringing new solutions. Leadership at Banco Bradesco should also build a mentorship program designed to create relationships that nurture careers through free-flowing ideas.
