    Pros

Good balance work/life with competitive compensation. Leader in Latin America in his business. Less work hours than investment bankings and management consulting. The game is simple: With you do your work you will earn more money, if you run to the "extra mile" you will have a better bonus and got a promotion.

    Cons

Big structure can difficult changes, for example if you will be trasfer to an abroad office the HR departament problably will spend a lot of weeks to finish the process. If you not a outstanding your growning rate in the company will be slow.
