I worked at Banco Itaú

Pros – several training
a lot of entry level positions
present in several cities
well known company

basically if you are leving college Itaú could be one of your choices.
At bank engineers are the most common group of undergratuades.
the company have several programs in order to boost your academic profile. for instance MBA programs which covers all expenses for two years.

Cons – no quality of life what so ever
management lacks communication skills
decision making process is based sole on CEO

Usually all performance reviews are based on relationship instead of pure performance achieviments
promotions only occurs if you know someone at board or director level.

Advice to Senior Management – Grow UP !

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
