    That was good, but I think they have to trainning harder the summer interns and the interns. Salary could be better.

    I have been working at Banco Itaú as an intern for less than a year

    Pros

    Cool environment, benefits, beaultiful place to work, really they had a lot of art pieces, managers was always excited about your work progress.

    Cons

    Low salary, bonuses are not so good. The board was never thinking in promotes comunications between diferents divisions inside the bank

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Training to the staff, work-life balance. If you want that we stay, please pay us a little more and ask us a little more.
