Pros

Lots of work, normally good work environment, friendly, good benefits such as medical, dental, 401K plan, nice work schedule and paid holidays.

Cons

Lots of work, not so much lots of recompensation or remunaration, not so much training or tuition reimbursement, no TV in teh break room

Advice to Senior Management

Management should get to review each and all employees performance more closely and have a plan to motivate employees, specially in the annual performance evaluation process
