Former Employee - Veterinarian in Durham, NC

I worked at Banfield Pet Hospital full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Open to hiring new grads but not open to what they truly have to offer. They did offer mentorship before leaving you on your own or moving you to another hospital.

    Cons

Corporate SOPs make them very rigid in rules and procedures. They did not take individual case management into account.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

To offer the best care, you should be open to new/updated techniques and medications.
