its a long term company with various opportunities to advance in your career they respect all employees and they have a good salary range they are one of the best businesses in lebanon

Cons

its a job with endless routine everyday they take long time sometimes five year to consider you a promotion which is a long period its difficult to move from one department to another

Advice to Senior Management

they have to use rotation technique within the company they should give more motives to employees renew thewre IT system which is quite old
