Fairly aggressive company to work for. Focus is on the business not the individual

I worked at Bank of America

    Pros

Great growth opportunity. A lot of locations, so if traveling or having to move, it allows for the worker to keep there position. Also there is a lot of training potential. You can pretty much sign up for any training that you want.

    Cons

Agressive sales focus isn't for everyone. They keep a strong focus on numbers, instead of the customer. It forces the worker to become somewhat cold hearted. Which can lead to a pretty big chip on your shoulder.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take a walk on the basic employee level, all the way down to the teller line. Meaning do the job for a few weeks. It will change your perspective and hopefully reflect positively to the customer
