I worked at Bank of America

    Pros

The Bank Offers great benefits, health and dental insurance, daycare reimbursement, etc. Its fairly easily to move up in the company.

    Cons

This depends on your manager. One manager I had was amazing and motivational, and wanted me to move up. Another was forceful and pushy, demanding the sales to be made... or else.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give more attention to the tellers, they are under noticed but have work expectancy above compensation.
