Overall, it was a great job for someone with no college plans.

Jacksonville, FL

Former Employee – worked at Bank of America

ProsThey really train and allow the employee's to take control of their own career path. You can go as far as you want if you put in the effort. If you have a degree, you can go even farther.

ConsThe company truly comes first, and they do have a lot of rules that makes no sense. They dont always share these new rules with the employees, so if you break them they automatically assume you were supposed to know of the changes. They also care more about the company, than the customers they service. I've seen the bank do a lot of shady things to people without thinking twice.

Advice to Senior ManagementBank of America has a good head on their shoulders, they know where they want the company to go and how to get it there. Sometimes thats gonna mean sacrificing customers, but that is the nature of any business that is in to to make money. The banking center managers have intense goals to make, so as long as you meet those, your in great shape.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
