Current Employee – been working at Bank of America

Pros – stable company, leader in banking, credit cards, mortgages, and now investments. good health insurance, vision and dental programs, one of only a few companies that still offer a penison plan. If you are not performing well in your current position, but have the right attitude, management will help you find annother opportunity within the bank. good opportunity for career growth.

Cons – senior management fails to acknowlege that mistakes have been made with certain iniatives. there are some managers that are managing sales people, but are not clear on the actual job resoonsibilites, or the day to day activities that are required for the position
