Pros

Compensation was rewarding but this was a continuation of the compensation package from Merrill Lynch.

Cons

Poor communication of company's goals.
No recognition from upper management of employee achievements or objectives achieved.
Huge turnover of staff without any attempt by the company to address the turnover.
Low employee morale.

Advice to Senior Management

Better recognition and appreciation of staff.
Improve communication with staff about changes to policies and procedures.
Implement changes to onboarding procedures.
