Pros

Great atmosphere. Benefits were awesome. Plenty of opportunity to make overtime money. Management made it a upbeat place to work.

Cons

Dress code we did not ever see the public so I did not understand the strict dress guidelines. Expected to work holidays it was unspoken but you knew that you had better come in at least half a day on major holiday's.

Advice to Management

Great job supporting the staff and making it a fun and interactive place to work. Be helpful when a difficult client is on the phone and continue to give good feedback as well as the bad.

    Pros

Excellent pay, incentive is great, very up to date with banking technology. Co-workers can make or break your experience. Thankfully a million ways to get a question answered

    Cons

No work-life balance Too many egos Almost have to beg for promotion Branch audits will be the most stressfull time your you Managers will tell you it is 360 degree coaching but when you say something you get retaliated on Get ready for 10-15 new focus' a DAY You will be defending where you work everyday because of the terrible press Too many cutthroats

    Advice to Management

Cut back on the trillion policies and focus more on the people who work there, Stopo always hiring recent college grads for manager positions because with all the traiing and experience needed to do well in your role, it is just better to prmote from within,

  2. Poor Management - Constant Change
