- Higher level management "in-tune" with all job functions
- Supporting environment
- A lot of resources to perform your job function

Cons

- Bank of America Home Loans processing and loan officers have a lot of challenges.
- Absolutely no consistency with loan process refinance or new purchase
- Difficult to move up

    Great work life balance - opportunity to work from home!
    Great maternity and paternity leave - 12 weeks paid leave!

    Cons

    It's a monster of a company - too big
    Working from home & no face time with managers or execs=no room for moving up.
