I worked at Bank of America full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The work culture of BOA is good. Even I would also like to refer my friends to there.

    Cons

I really feel that the compensation part is not up to the mark. If I compare BOA with other financial companies. They are paying good amount.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The overall experience was good. Cost cutting are acceptable but not too much.

I have been working at Bank of America full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

There are still some great people working for BoA, and it is a place where things get done. In many areas, things are genuinely improving and sensible risk controls are being put in place.

    Cons

There has always been a lack of overall vision, things have not improved since the BoA take over. Even where strategy is clear, execution can be confused by management fifedoms and poor communication. There often appears to be a lack of communication between the management of even closely related areas, and certainly between management and other staff.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Layoffs and confused management are destroying Morale. The good people leave first.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
