I worked at Bank of America full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The work culture of BOA is good. Even I would also like to refer my friends to there.

    Cons

I really feel that the compensation part is not up to the mark. If I compare BOA with other financial companies. They are paying good amount.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The overall experience was good. Cost cutting are acceptable but not too much.

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

BAC offers a wide range of job opportunities and growth areas. Great place to work if you are a hard worker and are willing to work harder, smarter and sacrafice to stand a head above the rest. Hard work is more important than if or where you got your degree and you are rewarded more for what you are able to produce than impressive credentials.

    Cons

Not enough investment in top tier talent. While there is great opportunity to drive change and improve efficiency, some in upper management tend to embrace an antiquated approach to business centered on simple cost savings that may be penny wise and pound foolish. Coupled with an assembly line business model, this can be restrictive and stifling to those of us who do want to revolutionize the business.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Recruit top talent and pay people what they are worth. Cut beaurocractic circles and embrace creative managment styles in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
