“Absolutely wonderful start to career”

Pros – Great Benefits, Friendly Co-workers, Understanding Management, Absolutely love the corporate leaders at MD side.
Cons – Salary, workplace drama, not understanding managers.
Advice to Senior Management – Encourage employees with career opportunities they work in same position for years and dont get encouraged or recognized.
