I worked at Bank of America part-time

    Pros

The company offers a good benefits package and I enjoyed the company overall. The pay seemed higher than similar positions in other banks, but a retail position isn't going to pay great by any means.

    Cons

Its retail. Sales are everything, even if its not in the customer's best interest.
